CARING LAWYER HELPING INDIVIDUALS TO APPLY FOR SSI BENEFITS IN MOBILE

Disabled Teenager — Mobile, AL — Green Disability Law

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is a need-based program for individuals who qualify. At Green Disability Law, we help residents of Mobile make the most of their benefits with the help of an SSI attorney. Basically, low-income individuals and couples who don’t have enough work credit to qualify for SSD could benefit from SSI. This includes people who have a small income, are unable to work, have few resources for help or are disabled. Many individuals who have SSI are immediately qualified for Medicaid, which makes it a big pull for a lot of people. Unfortunately, it can get overwhelming to deal with claims and appeals in regards to SSI, even if you are a top qualifier. This is where an experienced lawyer can help.
